WorldMusic.co.uk have just received the dates for the annual African music festival in Switzerland:

The Afro-Pfingsten Festival

The dates have been set for next year’s Afro-Pfingsten Festival in the town of Winterthur, Switzerland. The Festival of African-based world music will take place from 21st of May to 1st June 2009.  It is the Festival’s 20th Jubilee and marks their final year at the legendary Halle 53 in Winterthur.  The festival includes Concerts, Workshops, a FairTrade Fair, a World Market, an African Market and a Film Festival.  We are still waiting to hear about the artists who will be performing.
