Three CDs that focus on Blues'n'Boogie, Southern Roots and On The Corner, covering 60 tracks in all. A lot of this music was ground breaking and set the foundations for much of today's music including Ike Turner's 'Rocket 88' which many see as the actual disc that started the whole phenomenon. Other tracks include Big Mamma Thornton 'Hound Dog', The Ravens 'rock Me All Night Long', Leadbelly 'Midnight Special' and Little Richard 'Tutti Frutti'. Good collection. Graham Radley
