Whistlebinkies are: Rab Wallace (Lowland bagpipe, Scottish smallpipes), Eddie McGuire ( flute), Annaliese Dagg (fiddle and viola), Rhona MacKay (clarsach and vocals), Peter Anderson (bodhran, Scottish side drum & percussion), Stuart Eydmann (concertina & fiddle), Mark Hayward (fiddle) & Iain Crawford (double bass). They formed nearly 40 years performing traditional music from the regions of Scotland , they still use only traditional instruments. Where there is new material, like the title track from Eddie McGuire, it is written within the spirit of the older material, keeping the history of the music alive and vibrant for future generations to enjoy and pass on.
